Pickler grew up in a difficult environment. She was just two when she was abandoned by her mother to escape from her abusive husband. In 1995, she was returned into the world of Pickler and was granted custody. It didn't go according to was planned. Her grandparents took care of her from the age of 12 up to the age of the age of adulthood. Pickler had to take care of her children without parents. She said that because she had no time for study, she decided to master cooking and wash at a young stage. Pickler was on the teams that cheered for both high school and middle-school. North Stanly High School, where she graduated in 2004, was her alma mater. Pickler had a go as a beauty queen. Her name is Miss Stanly.
